I provide freelance copy editing services. I copy edit fictional and nonfictional work. Contact me below to request services, get a quote, or ask questions. Pricing is listed in the right column. Students receive 20% off any services with proof of current enrollment in an institution.

A copy edit includes thorough grammatical correction and fact-checking. I go through each piece twice to check to a complete extent. 50% of payment is requested up front, 25% halfway through, and 25% upon completion of the project.

Nonfiction
Copy edits for nonfictional work such as books, research papers, a thesis, or other academic pieces run at 2 cents per word.

Fiction
Copy edits for fictional work such as novels, novellas, short stories, flash fiction, or other fictional pieces run at 1 cent per word.
